The Supreme Court is pleased to publish its annual report for 2023. The report captures the varied and important work that took place both inside and outside the courtroom throughout the year. It details key statistics in respect of the business of the Court, records the educational, outreach and international engagements of the judges, and includes summaries of ten key judgments of delivered by the Court in 2023.
