Practice Update

A new guidance note has been issued by the Supreme Court Office to assist practitioners and members of the public by clarifying the practice in place in respect of electronic filing and preparing books of authorities for an appeal. The guidance note can be downloaded here and is also available on the Practice Directions page. The contents of this note should be read alongside the provisions of Practice Direction SC 19 which govern the conduct of proceedings in the Supreme Court.
