On 26 February, Ms Justice Elizabeth Dunne took over from the Chief Justice as the new chair of the Courts Service Board. The Chief Justice exercised the power under s. 11(1) of the Courts Service Act 1998 to nominate another member of the Supreme Court to take his place as chair of the Board.
