Update to Practice Direction SC19

On 14 May 2025, the Chief Justice signed an amended version of Practice Direction SC19 which is now available online.  

The latest version of the practice direction contains limited changes to paragraph 33 to more accurately reflect the Supreme Court's current practice when delivering judgment in person.  The amended paragraph 33 sets out the timings and methodology for filing submissions on any issues arising from judgment and the subsequent resolution of such issues remotely unless the interests of justice require otherwise.
