On 17 March, Mr Justice Woulfe participated in a seminar organised by the Dutch Council of State and ACA-Europe. The seminar, which took place in The Hague, examined the topic of ‘contributing to the quality of legislation’ in light of responses submitted by participants to a questionnaire sent out in advance of the conference. A summary of the responses is available on the ACA-Europe website here.
This was the fifth seminar held under the Finnish Presidency of ACA-Europe, following seminars in Versailles in November 2024, Inari in May 2024, Zagreb in February 2024 and Stockholm in October 2023.
