On 19 February, Mr Justice Seamus Woulfe travelled to Zagreb, Croatia, to participate in a seminar organised by the High Administrative Court of the Republic of Croatia in conjunction with ACA-Europe. The seminar focused on the theme of 'mechanisms of counteracting conflicting rulings from different domestic courts from the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights' and participants exchanged views in a discussion which followed.
