Attend appointment in Dolphin House
You should arrive at Dolphin House in enough time for your appointment on the date chosen when booked. At the appointment, a court office staff member will walk you through the process for completing and submitting your Guardianship, Access or Custody application.
To ensure your appointment can proceed you should bring a number of documents with you, including:
- A valid form of ID such as a Passport, Driving Licence, or Public Services Card.
- For every application you make you must have the address where the other party currently resides and complete a Confirmation of Address Form.
- You must have the full names and dates of birth of all children involved in your application and the address they are living at.
- Please ensure that you bring all completed documents with you to your appointment otherwise your appointment may be delayed.
If all required actions can be completed during your appointment, you will be given the date on which you are to attend court. The court office will serve the documents on the respondent on your behalf.
