Applying for probate

Step 4 - Acknowledgement of application

After we receive all your documents and they are correct, you will receive a letter with receipt of your application.

If there are any additional requirements, a member of our staff will contact you directly.

Once all requirements of the application are met, we will schedule an appointment for you with an official in the Probate Office or District Probate Registry.

We will let you know the location, date and time of the appointment in advance.
