Probate Practitioner Notice: On the 19th August 2024, The Probate Office launched replacement “Notice of Probate Application Forms” on our newly designed probate content webpages
Please Note: From the 18th of October 2024, these replacement forms will be the only version of the Notice of Application that will be accepted as part of a complete probate application by the Dublin Probate Office. Failure to lodge the correct version of the Notice of Application will result in all papers being returned to the lodging Solicitor.

Please note as and from Monday 29th April 2024 the Probate General Office and the Probate Rules Office will re-open to the public from 10am to 1pm Monday to Friday.
